Fixed deposit placement proof in Malaysian bank (required amount per tier)
Bank statement proving liquid assets at required tier (Silver: MYR 150K; Gold: MYR 500K; Platinum: MYR 10M)
Passport-size photographs (white background, recent)
Health examination from clinic approved by Malaysian Immigration
Police clearance certificate from home country and all countries of residence in past 5 years
