Travel/health insurance valid until AIMA residence registration
Portuguese tax number (NIF) and a Portuguese bank account
Proof of regular passive income — at least the national minimum wage (~€820/month) plus 50% for a spouse and 30% per child — Pension, rental, dividends or royalties.
Proof of accommodation in Portugal (lease or property deed)
Valid passport and two passport photos
Criminal record certificate, apostilled and translated
